This talk show explores how local media outlets are moving beyond passive audiences to cultivate active, loyal communities. By centering people, not just clicks, these media organizations are building trust, strengthening influence, and unlocking new revenue models.

Drawing from the experiences of Digital Queen, SuaraZetizen, the constructive newsroom BandungBergerak, and Women News Network (WNN) participants will discover practical strategies for turning engagement into long-term sustainability. These initiatives are part of the Local Media Community’s Media Innovation Program, supported by IMS, which empowers local media to experiment, collaborate, and thrive in today’s challenging information ecosystem.
